How often do you buy and eat hot dogs? How often do other people buy them? Multiply the total cost of hotdogs people around you buy in a month by 0.80. Can you cover all of your personal expenses, and still afford ingredients and other cart-related expenses off of that amount and have some left over? If so, go for it. Otherwise, you'll go bust.
