Agree, but it is not an insult to state a fact. It's not offensive to say that women are physically weaker or that asians are the best at math.

No hate sounds nice but it was feminists & "color blind" people that have demonized young white males all my life.

All the hate I've seen was directed at people like me, while women and POCs got preferential treatment they didn't earn.

People tried to destroy nick's life for standing up for himself and people like him instead of listening

Preferential treatment they didn’t earn? Let’s just pretend they didn’t have equal rights for fucking decades or anything. That self entitled attitude is the problem with people like Nick and you. When people of color or women get the same rights and benefits you’ve casually took for granted your whole life it’s offensive to you.

People were given the opportunity to hire and pay people based on merit and time and time again they hired a potentially inferior candidate because of their sex, gender, or sexuality.

If you have a problem with women and poc getting the same rights as you, then the problem lies within you and your world view. In a perfect fucking world we wouldn’t have quotas to fill for poc or women, but we don’t live in a perfect world and often those people get overlooked or underpaid.

Preferential treatment is not the same as same rights?

Why does their history and white discrimination not stop pocs from excelling at sports and arts? Why only at math and reading?

Why do pocs fall behind in all other countries as well? And at about the same rates?

You act so morally superior but so casually accuse a whole race of racism with no facts you're exactly the same as those you look down upon

It’s not that I’m accusing a whole race of intentional racism. I’m accusing a whole race of being ignorant to the systemic racism engrained in our society since the beginning that continues on today.

White privilege exists. If you’re like me and live in a predominantly white area you likely wouldn’t know you’re experiencing it, hell even in a more diverse area you likely wouldn’t notice. It’s like your heartbeat, it exists but you’re blind to it. Systemic racism is why they fall behind in other countries as well, America isn’t the only country founded on an air of superiority.

As for why poc fall behind in specific areas such as education, that’s because the way educational funds are dispersed ensure that poverty stricken areas do not get the same education as schools in predominantly white areas that tend to have a higher income. When you can’t afford enough text books, teachers, or class rooms it has an effect on the outcome.

You very much are though & you demand, that people like me do not get certain jobs or into colleges because we must promote pocs with worse academic records (doesn't feel very nice btw)

Then why do pocs not perform better even if they are bussed to fancy schools and free textbooks?

Why do they not perform better in their own countries?

Funny how the low percentage of applicants that get approved for DEI are always demonized, or insulted like they aren’t actually qualified. Where’s your proof?

Why is it that we never focus on the rich who pay their way in or get in through legacy admission because their father or mother went there. This is far more problematic and takes away a lot more seats than a small amount of DEI candidates. Yet again we ignore the elite and focus on those who look different than us and just assume they couldn’t possibly have deserved it more than me, or they didn’t actually earn it.

The proof is that they need DEI to get hired?

We 100% should look at those cases as well 👍

You're incorrect. You're assuming they need DEI because they aren't qualified, and that makes you feel better. The reality is even if qualified they get rejected at a disproportionally higher rate, and as previously stated businesses and colleges were given the opportunity to hire based on merit, and proved they couldn't be trusted to do that.

Racism and bigotry still exists, and people still judge based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, etc. just because you aren't experiencing it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. POC and women would also love to not have to rely on DEI programs and just be judged based on the quality of their work.

DEI literally means hiring someone despite worse credentials?

You have 0 proof that they were rejected because of their race and yet you feel comfortable to accuse all white people of being racist - that's kind of racist my friend so I guess I do experience it quite a lot actually all my life to be precise..
