Do you max speed or resistance or is this outdoors 😁?

Indoor cycling. I do either TABATA (2 to 1 effort to recovery) or intervals (1 to 1). Max speed and trying as much resistance I can (while maintaining the speed)

Sounds amazing, how long at the Tabata intervals?

For tabata either 20 on 10 off or 30 on 15 off. For intervals it’s usually 15 on 15 off. Sometimes 30 on 30 off (but I prefer the ones with shorter rest)
