Nothing non-custodial offers a lightning address... and the address makes it sort of custodial anyway when provided as a service since it can be man-in-the-middled.

Small amounts are a small risk. The amount of value matters.

When I onboard someone to WoS, I always explain its custodial, and numerous I've gone back to have since withdrawn when it becomes meaningful amounts. But I can post the lightning address and they get sent $100+ in tips. I cannot do that without the address.
