I use iOS parental settings to block safari and app downloading all together. I keep nostr but set a daily time limit (even though I don’t need to because it’s not full of clickbait, porn, and doom scrolling.) I have my wife out in the passcode so I don’t have it. It’s really the only way to smart phone.
