If so I thought it was a weird statement too.

You can make the case that X is a net positive for freedom (of speech) at the moment.

But it is a feature more of policy (that can change) than of tech.

Yeah thought that was really weird. j dawg posted the same exact message on nostr and on X.. could it be he is just cross posting and forgot, or truly thinks X is freedom tech?

Either way, mainstream loved it so I guess they're all gonna equate X with freedom tech now. Maybe this is part of the plan to get those users to lookup the term..
