I don't see the problem. If you spread lies/misinformation/insults with full knowledge of the facts, you are nuisance, and should pay the price 🤷♂️
But when everybody else know that you spread lies. Who cares? Smells for me that they are afraid of programming. Scared that they lose the control over their own programming narratives. And additionally the question appears who decide what is right and wrong. i would say only god and not a fictional system which is pulled over the laws of nature.
I think you overestimate most people's ability to detect falsehood... Just look all the people reposting lies that suit their beliefs, on all the social networks...
This is not about right or wrong, which depends on morals. You and I and everyone else may have different views on morality, and that is perfectly fine. This is about true and false, facts. And facts are verifiable.
Why don't you use your full legal name on nostr? Why are you on a censorship resistant platform?

I'm here for the Bitcoin talk. I'm also on X and Mastodon, I use pseudonyms on each of those, but I know full well, if a government wants to get my identity, they probably will be able to do so.

Why are you here for BTC talk? What if government says BTC talk is misinformation and not allowed? Saying covid was a lab leak was misinfo at one point? Who was telling the truth?

If my government wanted to label "bitcoin talk" as misinformation, they would have to provide facts supporting their claim.

Also, if you think Nostr is 100% censorship resistant, maybe read up on how it actually works. Because, unless you're running your own relays (and even then), it is not (although a lot more resistant than X, that's for sure)
