My recovery drink is raw milk. No idea if this is nutritionally correct but it feels right.

Lol wouldn't feel right for me about 15-30 minutes later.
Milk has very good macros for recovery. It makes me sleep like a baby at night and gives me energy during the day. Unfortunately it noticeably increases my inflammation so I avoid it for now
it's rather common here, we have farms sending straight to home. I add a bit of flax seed and psylium for that extra boost, my go to sleep drink
