Whats cool about a damus mint is that I could auto-sweep funds from it the second the user open damus. So all the zaps you got offline would immediately go into your non-custodial wallet. The custody liabilities on my side would be low.

Definitely should be this way.

Would be an awesome thing for sure, but would mean you have a bunch of channel and liquidity management overhead along with the capital tied up as liquidity, and all the headaches that come with any issues that arise with users funds…

And you are waiting for? I moved to Alby today to replace WOS. I’m not actually sure I did it correctly or that it’s functional. Did you know that you cannot copy an LNURL into the wallet section of Damus without enabling the camera, a function that is useless when the wallet is on the same device as the Damus application? I suspect this is a common use case. My priority, in short is being able to zap content I appreciate and receive zaps from appreciators of my provided content. I’d like to do this in a clear, easy, and simple way. Side note, if Opensats sees themselves as not kingmakers, and won’t fund you for that reason, have you asked if your aspirations in this space are reasonable? I’m not insinuating judgement in any way, just posing a mostly rhetorical question. nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s

You can't just tell us about a great idea and then not implement and launch it immediately... That causes a lot of stress 😬

This is like 90% of my posts 😅

I can confirm I have started looking into running a fedimint node

But announcements of an announcements are our best #unmarketing strategy 🤣
