I think a lot of the battle involves finding the people who are capable of connecting & really being in your corner. As disappointing as it can be at times, being able to efficiently filter out the ones who can't hang is more good than bad.

Can't change or "fix" other people, just gotta wake some waves & see who is along for the ride :)
