Malbec fermentation has begun!
For this wine, I pick up fresh grapes from a nearby vineyard and crush/destem them that day, then they get started on a 2 week fermentation journey before going into the barrel.
I'll release this wine in 2027, but if you want to get a taste of what it will be like, I suggest zapsnagging 6 bottles of 2021 Malbec for 289k sats.
