Ive never used wasabi but can someone give me the summary of why they shouldnt be used ?

Loving satsale but I don't think they support payjoin so there's at least one point in favor of btcpayserver...
satsale codebase is very minimal so it might even be totally out of scope to support that.
Why you need stowaway (pay join) when you have the ability to post your paynym like this

Because that leaves out wallets that can do payjoins but don't have bip47 support. On the top of my head I can only think of the joinmarket wallet (maybe there are others??)
Besides, if the payer can use your paynym, you don't need any software running 😂
