4 weeks no booze. No going back. Itβs a very balanced feeling. Have no pangs for a drink, eating less , going to gym so all in all π€π₯πͺ

So good to hear!
Thanks Troy, long overdue. Grateful for small but really important achievement to me π€
Never had trouble staying of the drink myself. I mean, it tastes absolutely disgusting, the buzz is short lived and followed by a gross mental and physical discomfort. God forbid you over a little bit. It's just a terrible payoff. So many better drugs to choose from.
Iβm completely drug / booze free. Never been a drug person just a drinker from a lifetime in music. Iβve just never allowed myself to quit. This time feels permanent, it feels great π€
Nice mate.
Feels so good when you are in the routine of treating your body right. Feels good to feel healthy and like you can see all the little decisions adding up to a better you.
Exactly this Den π€
Good for you! I'm without alcohol and smokes for nearly three months and it's the boringest thing ever. I expected IDK, fireworks, better skin. Instead I got kidney problems and skin got temporarily worst ever. Like an old car after decarbonization I guessπ
I find as you βhealβ you get stuff you hadnβt noticed or ignored come up. Itβs definitely worth the process, the feeling of moving on is good. But yeah know what you mean about fireworks π
10 yrs no alcohol, first part was very hard but was totally worth it, i have no desire at all and life truly did get a lot better, clearer, focused etc. keep it up!! i am truly proud of anyone that even tries, it is extremely difficult but short term pain for long term gain!! πͺπΉπ
Well done yourself ! Feeling good here π€
