I never did. Frankly, I don't have any inner need to loose the weight. If it wasn't for that constant pressure from the outside, I'd be chill af weighing my straight hundred, I was like this at 20, still the same pushing 40. It never blocked me in anything I found important, I just need to get prettier to achieve more success based on that.
Fucking sucks, I'm so demotivated to do this ALL MY LIFE.
Mmmh, but if you're happy with yourself and like yourself like that, then I wouldn't give a shit about anyone else. Especially if you're also completely healthy π«
I am, I've been blessed with crazy resilience, my fit husband is a bag of allergies and my parents kept their asthma and tachycardia for themselves. But you know how health depreciates. I think it's good to get fireproofed before an actual fire starts and it's inevitable.
Mainly though, if I want to become more preppy and alfa female, I have to show that I've got it. Laziness isn't a virtue.
Ugh. Fucking sucks.π₯²
Health is always a reason to work on my diet. We are getting older and being and staying healthy is becoming more and more important. That's why it's always a good idea to cut down on sugar. But giving it up or at least reducing sugar is really no fun π¬π₯Ήπ«
