is there a Kickstarter type platform for nostr and Bitcoin? I've got ideas percolating in my mind.

My thought is to set a goal that will allow me to purchase a raw fleece of a sheep raised in the US, the various equipment to process the fleece into yarn and then provide the people who funded the project with various small knitted items like hats, mittens, lounge socks, baby sets (booties + hat)

I don't plan to dye anything so items would be cream or naturally colored from the fleece used. Natural dyeing with plants could be a stretch goal.

This is gonna be a future project, probably in a year from now at the earliest. It would take a long time to deliver the items since I'd have to balance it with taking care of 3 kiddos under 2 years old. I think nostriches understand the value in this type of slow, close to nature, handmade work though. Proof of work at its finest.

I've had such amazing support from people I've met on nostr and through Bitcoin. It makes me feel like all my dreams are possible.
