In other words, the State is going to dictate what you are allowed to do with AI and what you are not allowed to. The curriculums are going to be regulated by government censors, you'll need a license to provide training etc.
EU AI Act: Beginning in February, you can only use AI at work if you are "competent" (whatever this means). Non-compliance may result in penalties.
