Tried to keep my raw vegan diet over the weekend in Munich... It's doable but not 100% as I wasn't prepared for this trip... So I made banana matcha smoothies and a fruit smoothie for the trip and took some activated pumpkin seeds that I dried in the dehydrator with delicious umami flavor. Enough water, tea and more water.

When we arrived in Munich, we first stopped at an organic store to replenish our supplies with fruits, olives and vegetables.

I bought pasteurized coconut water...because it was 30°C that day!!! It wasn't really tasty...but still felt good. Also took some raw vegan energy bars (savory and sweet) from a nice brand called #lifeffood. They really help with survival 🤗

In the morning we went to a vegan restaurant and I chose the only raw meal: A smoothie bowl. Well, it was with non-raw granola and roasted seeds. But it still felt good to eat that and a matcha latte with oat milk. On the way home we still ate lots of fruits, veggies and olives.

At home, I already have wraps prepared for lunch! And I can't wait to make my delicious morning shake right now 😆

I know, you probably think I'm crazy while everyone around me is drinking and eating beer and coke, pretzels, chips and schnitzel... But it's very important to me to only feed my body the energy I want in me. Since we are energetic beings... we are what we eat!
