I wish bro. Got any recommendations for a dodgy shoulder? Really puts a cramp in my training.

Medical advice is always better than random internet advice, but for specific exercises I’d recommend combination of strength and stability to anyone with shoulder pain.

Always start with a good warmup of rolling exercises. Burning sensation ok, sharp or dull pain bad. Try:

Alternating Single-Arm Chest Press

Skull Crusher

Hammer Curl

Bent-Over Row

Incline Push-up

Plank Shoulder Tap
