But like you said, they just look at the market and sit in the driveway. The house is much more impressive on the inside. I think the $20,000 is the housing market.

I just got the bathroom and the kitchen completely gutted and redone. I'd love for them to come in and see that. Is that something I can request or just give them a list of renovation? Pictures?

But remember the first rule, don't panic, it doesn't get the job done and just wears you out. I don't know if you're anxiety prone or not, but just know this will get resolved. First off, is it ok to communicate with your contractor that the bank is working on the loan but they've filed something i correctly forcing an appraisal when it shouldn't have?
