But remember the first rule, don't panic, it doesn't get the job done and just wears you out. I don't know if you're anxiety prone or not, but just know this will get resolved. First off, is it ok to communicate with your contractor that the bank is working on the loan but they've filed something i correctly forcing an appraisal when it shouldn't have?

If my son goes to school dressed like a hobo, that's my wife's fault. If we don't have any money, it's my fault. Not really but we have things each of us is good at handling.
