My cilantro reseeded itself again, and i have a small patch of it that is ready to eat. So i just made a fresh batch of salsa, because what better way to use cilantro. Yummy! I think the freeze this week has killed off my lettuces and cilantro.

Fresh salsa is always a bonus though!!

Yes we've had some freezing nights already, but its still green.

Do you dare share your recipe? Or at least tomatoes you use? Sometimes I’ll use fresh, other times canned, and even fire roasted on occasion
