I find the CGM good to depict daily rhythms, especially cause you cant test while you sleep. A CGM taught me that I would go severely hypoglycemic while i slept so ofc i found it incredibly difficult to wake up. Then started experimwnting with diet, found keto, and my blood sugar probs resolved themselves. I only cycle it, dont do it all the time. It is like a lil reset 🤗
