nostr:npub1f6ugxyxkknket3kkdgu4k0fu74vmshawermkj8d06sz6jts9t4kslazcka I use to have a squat toilet which I loved. All the chakras align to create a single straight holy path. Hardly any toilet paper was needed. Squat toilet RIP, landlord replaced it before I bought the house and my family likes the new heated toilet seat. 😢
Squatting is a natural resting position. During my 15 years living and teaching in Taiwan, people often commented on how natural this was for me, saying it’s not something they see many foreigners do. For me, it’s always felt more comfortable than sitting in a chair.
If squatting doesn’t come naturally to you, try adding just a few minutes of it into your day—it’s incredible for your body and feels natural once you get the hang of it. 🙏🏻💜

Have you tried squatting over the toilet seat?
Traditional squat toilets are still commonly used in public across Southeast Asia, and many older-generation people perch on the bowl when using modern Western toilets. It is a more natural position for bowel movements.
It's so wild to me knowing how so many people have been pooping incorrectly their whole lives without even knowing it.
Indeed. It's a thing.

Having lived in Asia a long time, I can confirm squatting is the absolute best, nature's way.
