That's the beauty of Bitcoin, the incentive is there for incremental changes at the bleeding edge of failing currency regimes.
Meaning, hyperinflation is a feature for someone holding Bitcoin - re: to get the max benefit of Bitcoin you have to live in the places that it helps the most.
