Oh also I should mention that I always eat my liver with onions and cook it lightly (30s each side on medium-high heat).

Lovely. I'm gonna get on this soon. What's the thought behind the onions? Just makes it taste better or something else?

Exactly. I am still pretty new to liver and the taste is quite strong. People recommend onions or bacon to help with the taste. I like onions because they’re easier to cook imo and I think overall they taste better together.
