I feel you man. Hard to start when you don’t have a reason to. But if it’s for yourself than that’s a good reason.
Good to reset your system and figure out your priorities. The positive parts for me is that I have a shit ton of energy and I’ve been using it to work out.
Usually I would have a smoke every night but now I have to do something else so I’ve been going for runs. Also feels good to take on a challenge and just know that you can stop whenever you want.
Not saying you have to take a break just givin a perspective. Good luck to ya man.
