unfortunately there are 2 more bad habbits that go well together with it, so its a trifecta right now, taking it day by day, just have to catch that wave again. yes its for me for health.

Watching youtube motivation videos and making my own music playlists helps a lot.
For me weed went really well with video games. Now I hardly have interest in them. It’s so easy to smoke and get lost in a virtual world but less fun sober.
Just get 1% better every day that’s all you gotta do. ☘️
