Great thoughts!

I would switch excercise to sweating. I found out it lately, that sweating makes an important distinction. And it means, doing sauna sessions can have similar benefits too.

Exactly. And not only, next to it:

- improves blood circulation (e.g.: improves nutrient delivery, skin)

- sweat has antimicrobial properties providing natural protection against pathogens

- excercise induced sweating counters inflammation and improves muscle metabolism

...plus the multiple effects of the cleansing/detox.

Its a hell of a good medicine.
