You should look up information about historic discrimination against LGBT people and then come back to me and explain how that wasn’t a gender “ideology” on behalf of straight cis-people.
If you believe autoperception changes who you biologically are, that sex can be assigned or changed by mutilating body organs, is above biological facts... that is your problem, not mine... keep your agenda to yourself, and don't bombard spaces with your crappy-nonsense, neo Marxist, gender idiology.
There is historic discrimination against LGB people going on right now by T people. Homosexuals are being censored, cancelled, doxed and subjected to physical violence by trans activists for not agreeing with their delusions that they can somehow change reality just by declaring themselves to be the opposite sex.

Gender ideology is the idea that gender is whatever you self-identify it to be, and that this is more important than, and should socially and legally override, empirically observable scientific facts about your body.
"Heteronormativity and bullying of non-gender-conforming people" is laughably ironic when trans activists are bullying, censoring and cancelling homosexuals, especially lesbians, for not wanting to sleep with them telling them that their same sex attraction is transphobic and akin to racism (the "cotton ceiling").

This blatant homophobia is compounded by them then wanting to take perfectly normal gay children, instead of supporting them by saying that their same sex attraction and gender nonconformance is normal and to be accepted and embraced, tell them that they are "in the wrong body", and force them into a lifetime of medicalization, pain, mutilation, sterilization, and an early death from brittle bones, at a time when they cannot decide these important things for themselves.
You’re very invested in this. Why don’t you become a researcher and take some studies about the regret rate of trans surgery or maybe the detransition rate 👀 maybe you should read some of the 56 studies dating back decades with unilateral consensus. Maybe see what you can add to the table.
I mean, in the case of MtF trans people, what you effectively have is a bunch of predominantly straight white males who have decided to embody and fetishize an overtly sexist and regressive stereotype of women. It takes some serious mental gymnastics to say that isn't heteronormative.
There are many types of women and there are many types of trans women. Sure there are some aggressively feminine trans women and there are many trans women who don’t try to fit that box. That’s a reductionist approach.
There are no trans women who don't try to fit that box, because the entire premise of transgender ideology is that you can become the opposite sex entirely by claiming that you are them and then behaving like a sexist stereotype. If that weren't the case there would be no need to identify as trans, because everyone would be fine just as they are, gender-nonconformant or otherwise.
Nobody can change sex. Your sex is written in your DNA. A man can never ovulate. A woman can never produce sperm. The only thing these impostors can try to do is mutilate their bodies to ghastly imitations.
This entire agenda is homophobic, misogynistic, regressive, repressive, and heteronormative. They are now the oppressors. If you don't understand why then you are part of the problem and thus an oppressor yourself.
You should meet more trans people. I know plenty of trans people who don’t want to fit into traditional gender stereotypes.
You should meet more real people. I know plenty of real people who don't want to be erased, cancelled and attacked for stating scientific facts by a bunch of mentally ill fetishistic impostors.
