for me the best meditation. Dont become frightenend, if your skin feels strange if you did it with this speed.
My advice to people who really want to start meditating, is learn a technique called Annapana sometimes anapanasati
It’s a simple concentration (samadhi), meditation to focus and sharpen the mind.
Once your mind is sharp, all the other common body scanning meditations would be much much more
I'd recommend the Waking Up app from Sam Harris, it's full of guided meditations. The introductory course is free to do, and there's a bunch of different series on theories of mindfulness and life. Super high quality 🔥
I'll keep you accountable and we do one lesson a day of the introductory course together. I've been wanting to go through it again. Maybe we can get some other people to join in if they're interested.
