Discussion
I have not but I have a great doctor friend and I will ask him.
Let me know what he says pretty please. Im getting a 2nd opinion as well
I just got the response from doctor friend. By the way, he is a brain surgeon so and likes to heal with nature. Here is what he said:
Quackery on baby aspirin, fire the MD
Drink moringa tea daily, take 5000 iu's per day of a quality D3, 1200 micrograms of folic acid per day, eat wild fresh seafood at least 4 times per week, avoid all electronics, consider an organic Mediterranean diet, no drugs or alcohol or artificial sweeteners, no soda or energy drinks, whatsoever, use lots of fresh citrus
I heard of it but I never heard that it worked... If u try let me know ๐ซ
I am no doctor but that sounds unnecessary.
It sounds weird to me too!
Here is the UK National health service guidance which might be of interest to you:

Right?!!
Sounds like some completely unnecessary big pharma directive to sell drugs. Which is what most of modern โmedicineโ has turned into.
Just eat grass-fed beef and liver with Celtic sea salt, eggs, and drink distilled water and raw milk and that baby is coming optimally healthy.
I'm no doctor but a mother of 2. First pregnancy I developed pre-eclampsia at the very end. I've done lots of research on this. Eat healthy (plenty of fruits and veggies but monitor fruits with high sugar content) maintain salt in-take low, drink plenty of water (more than required when not pregnant), limit processed/junk food and you will be more than ok. I'm convinced they make shit up as they go.
