Sales tax disproportionally affects the poor. This is why income tax is graduated with higher % being applied to higher earners.
It's totally doable, especially if the taxes are redistributed as a #basicincome.

Government debt isn't a real thing. It's made up money that they print from thin air. They can pay it off in 1 second if they want to.

Pay it off by printing money? If you want a dozen eggs to cost $150, sure. Print 34 trillion and then print another 1 trillion every 100 days. $150 for a dozen eggs might be a bargain at that point.
As far as your study of bitcoin it's unlikely you have more experience than me. I am a professional software engineer with 30 years of experience and I've been studying the protocol on a technical level for 8 years.
If you've actually studied bitcoin properly you wouldn't be a socialist.
Actually, paying off the debt might have zero effect on inflation. It's essentially the same as canceling it.
