Got all collected yesterday. 768 taps this year. 2nd collection, average about 1.5 gal/ tap(some .5 some overflowing) and my sugar is great range 2.2 brix to 2.9 brix.

How many taps do you have on vacuum? I'm trying to figure out at what scale it becomes worth it. Not sure how far the line runs can go either.
My runs are all 10-12 trees. I use 3/16 tubing so I have found this to be a good number to fill the lines. As long as you have an elevation change I haven’t found a span that doesn’t work but also all my trees are at most 25 ft apart. We tap 100 trees a year, I have half on gravity lines now.
