I am not strict carnivore now, but I did it for a year and it fixed a majority of my health concerns.

Now I incorporate some fruit and carbs occasionally. Still finding a balance.

What did you heal on carnivore ? Balance is good as long as your body is good with it

I had some thyroid and immune system issues mostly. Also general fatigue. There were a number of underlying energetic/emotional causes as best as I understand it.
