The output depends on the input and training. Input stuff and reinforcement train what you do/don't want more of.

I personally find this to be a gross over-simplification. Humans need to be careful of glorifying our thoughts and thinking. There is much more to biological life and consciousness than thinking. AI is far from what we are.

If anything, Bitcoin needs to be involved. As at least Bitcoin is constantly maintaining a kind homeostasis. This is a function much more akin to biological life.

Thinking takes us away from the conscious experience.
