Bummer had some promise almost bought one myself before I resorted to Satscard
I wanted this to work out but two devices with the same issue, I just can’t.
What's the issue with the BitBox? If I may ask.
It’s impossible to complete the seed phrase backup and verification process. It locks itself up.
Often this is a problem with the USB-C connector, especially if you’re using an adapter than than a direct USB-C connection (in a laptop, for instance)
That’s too bad. At least their customer service is good ?
