how far back are we going in a given region? most recent indigenous people to conquer the area? the ones they conquered? the ones _they_ conquered?
I hope one day we can make irrelevant the fact of limited space on Earth (the only communism I can dig is fully automated luxury space communism), but....
Is there a region of north america that you would say wasn't meaningfully owned/claimed by a native tribe? I wouldn't be opposed to considering such a place when planning my future secessionary sovereign colony. "sorry that I spent a while on our ancestral land, indigenous people, but now I'm setting up shop over here in these boonies that you guy didn't really like anyway. cool if I hang out here and you guys stay there? we can trade and shit across the border"
lollll i never heard of fully automated luxury space communism but it sounds fun!! land back isnt so much to do with white people go back to europe but is more like empowering indigenous folk to bring balance back to earth through stewardship of resources. western made industralization and conceptions of private property is speeding up climate change faster than its normal cycles and causing more frequent and intense weather events. with how advanced technology is now we dont need to be spending so many hours laboring to produce so much stuff. balance (:
