I've had good experiences with Dell. HP is a brand I will NEVER buy again. Friends with Lenovos seem to be happy with them.
My dell aoi desktop has served me well for 10 years.... but I have had some dell laptop lemons in the past.
Not sure if I'll get a desktop or laptop...

I can't open it up. My neighbor came by to help and she said we'd need a lot of force to open it.....one corner of the base is separated where it should be attached...And she thinks it will break the base if we force it open.....
