In the middle. Very strange sensation. It’s really more a “core” exercise than anything else. Didn’t do them long so idk how tough they are to progress with. At the time I was deadlifting at or just below 500lbs and I struggled with sets of 115.

Oh, this sounds super tough, I have to try that. But I doubt I can do them with the weight necessary for the challenge. Unless Bitcoin drops a little more.

Maybe for a single or double…Could try suitcase deadlifts maybe…different lift but similar concept.
