You’re probably connecting to different relays and not getting all of the same reactions on the event.
Think of it this way, relay A saw the reaction but B has no idea it happened. You connected to B on desktop.
Have a similar problem but with bookmarks - always show up in Amethyst on mobile, but never update on noStrudel. Added all the same relays to noStrudel but no dice 🙃😥 Anyone that has some tips please let me know too! #asknostr
