I used to put in the I cream maker, but got lazy and just muscle with the hand blender. Comes out nearly sorbet hard. You can always put in the freezer again for a few min.

35% cream 500ml, 300-500gm frozen raspberry. Metal Hand mixer and muscle. 2-5min

How long do you leave it to freeze? What’s the minimum?

Woke up this morning, and ice cream making was nowhere on the agenda. Now this ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The frozen raspberries make the cream harder, there is no freezer involved.
