For Plati (my app name), we will only use payment methods that are final (as final as fiat payments can be). Such systems are adopted in various countries because everyone is tired of debit/credit cards.

In Russia, there’s the Fast Payments System.
I’m 99% sure they stole the UX from Bitcoin because it uses QR codes for payments. Payments are instant and final. They cannot be reversed — you have to talk to the merchant about a refund, not the bank.
Most merchants, online and offline, accept this payment method. Most banking apps support paying with it.
It’s perfect for Plati’s architecture, and I’m starting with that.
