Is there anything like Wallet of Satoshi but doesn't require installing a phone app? The user wants to use entirely Tor Browser to temporarily receive sats to a custodial wallet, then send those sats to their non-custodial LN.

Lnbits (self host or custodial) and either use its built-in lnurl extensions or attach it the wallet to a lightning address provider (lightningaddress.com)
