Non l'animal humain a fait beaucoup de mal ร cette espรจce ..donc ร protรฉger et prรฉserver pour les futures gรฉnรฉrations. Vous savez lors de certaines foires internationales vous ne pouvez imaginer la joie des enfants de voir certains animaux. Laissons leur espace que nous rรฉduisons de plus en plus Aviez-vous remarquรฉ durant les confinements leurs zones que nous occupons รฉgoรฏstement. Ces instants et tant d'autres m'ont beaucoup accompagnรฉe dans ma frustration d'รชtre emprisonnรฉe d'office et m'ont รฉgalement fait re penser ร ceux qui vivent dans le monde carcรฉral ๐ โโ๏ธ
My grandfather had a "pet" deer. It was just like a dog. At night he put her in a pen he made for her. During the day he'd stand at the edge of the woods and call her name and she'd come running. He raised her from a fawn after her mother got killed by a tractor.

I actually slightly disagree with his take on this. All modern birds descended from a branch of the dinosaur family, sure....but as he astutely pointed out all birds don't taste like chicken. In fact, more things probably taste like chicken than other non-chicken birds. And he's correct in stating that lifestyle and diet would have a huge impact on flavor and fat content. My suspicion is that large herbivores would have been more like beef or venison, but scavengers would be similar to a gamebird.
My contention with this is his statement that an herbivorous dinosaur would taste better than one that wasn't. While taste is purely subjective, some of the most popular meats on earth are omnivores or carnivores. Pork, chicken, duck....none are exclusively herbivore and many derive most protein from smaller critters when given the option.
But we will never know unless someone grows one. I don't know how I feel about that, but it's the only reason I'd ever try "labmeat" ๐

Had a pet rabbit, just a pain in the arse.
Pet echidna that we saved after his mother was run over just kept escaping, also a pain in the arse.
Pet blue tongue was cool. He escaped though too, as did my bearded dragon. Pet skinks just died.
Pet lamb was nice til we ate her.
Had a pet magpie which I killed with preservative laced mince meat ๐ฅฒ
Uncle had a pet wombat who would untie your shoes with his teeth, he was cool.
And a Joey that he had to release but came back regularly.
If theyโre not domesticated theyโre no good as pets. Things that seem like theyโll be a good idea but go against nature like that just arenโt meant to be!
