If you have never slept with a grounding/earthing sheet/mat, in my opinion:

You. Are. Missing. Out.

I have never woken up so refreshed until I started using one. It's funny how my opinion of so many things has changed, that I used to think were "woo woo", until I got more open-minded and willing to try them.

Caveats:

- I've only ever used a product from earthing.com

- Some people experience adverse effects for a short time until that subsides (I experienced knee pain initially)

- Some people, possibly depending on their house's electrical wiring, only experience benefits using a rod attached to the ground outside rather than the one you can plug into an outlet
