I haven't been getting enough fat in over the weekend so I'm am actually a hungry and have been scarfing jerky.

Make sure you’re hydrated as well

salt is also needed to make bile and stomach acid which is essential for fat digestion... excess fat causes diarrhea if you don't have enough bile to break it down... floaties are another sign you are taking too much fat if you don't get the former symptom

I’m pretty sure water is the most important component though
