Has definitely improved my awake breathing also

Try also when walking, nose only, pause after out

Not sure how much it helps but I'm doing these things after reading several books about this

My aunt does this and thinks its the best thing ever. I am such a mouth breather, I close my mouth for two minutes and then realize I can't breath and panic. How do people get past that feeling or did you not have it?
