i’m kinda shocked. Was at the gym saturday, and only fully recovered from what i think was influenza A two weeks ago
Hopefully it’s not to severe and the immune system can do it’s job
Lots of water.
Garlic
Lemon squeezed in water
Rest
My father-in-law would light to burn off the alcohol and boil his homemade wine down to an almost syrup like texture.
Slam it down and go to sleep. You sweat like crazy but it seemed to help.
I would only do with homemade wine. All he used was grapes and stems, and let nature do it’s thing. No sulfites and other crap.
I would pump vitamins but other than vitamin D drops— likely a 💩🪙
great advice, ty
Yeah man! Not sure but there is something to water lemon and garlic. And the homemade boiled wine (when we made it).
5 cloves of raw garlic chased down with 3 spoons of apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and a shot of brandy. Ingest frankincense if you have any. Inhale eucalyptus oil vapors through your nose. Meditate and unleash the snake coil. Sleep atleast 6 hours and then drink a glass of slightly warm water first thing you wake up.
Thank me later.
drink tea with Anti Flu satchet with Paracetamol , drink in smol sips and then huddle in lots of blankets and sleep all night as long as you can , you must sweat

CDS is short for chlorine dioxide solution.
It kills all pathogens in the body. Everything that doesn't have the same pH as our body gets neutralized.
