there are loads of nip05 services that are cheap as hell, like 21 sats cheap. its just a string in a text file on a website that shows your npub has some affiliation with the site.

If I nip05 at any of these suggestions how does that impact my primal.net address and wallet? Or my listed website NeuroAssurance dot com… does that need the nip05?

Use your Primal.net Nostr address if you have it. It doesn’t impact your wallet settings. Yes, you can configure your neuroassurance.com domain for NIP-05 as well
