namely after workout
i just had a protein cookie with a coffee drink that had a scoop of whey protein in it
this is in addition to 2 scoops of whey protein i had in the gym
i also had meat before my work out so my total protein intake over last 6 hours is over 100 grams, which is right about where i want to be for a full body workout ...
